RODO information clause – newsletter

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (OJ.EU.L.2016.119.1 of 2016.05.04); hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is:

2. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of delivering the newsletter, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter mailing and, after the duration of the newsletter mailing, for the period necessary to secure claims arising therefrom and the period resulting from generally applicable laws.
4. Data resulting from subscription to the newsletter in the form located on the domain ecol.eu will be transferred to the database of GetResponse Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Gdańsk, at 413 Grunwaldzka Avenue, 80-309 Gdańsk, KRS 0000942075, NIP 9581468984. 5. You have the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to processing where the processing was based on your consent.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the Regulation.
7. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but is a condition for the delivery of the newsletter.
8. Decisions based on the data you provide will not be made by automated means.
